Terms and Conditions  Workshop

By registering and participating 

By registering and participating in our hands-on training workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment: Payment for the workshop must be made in full at the time of registration. Failure to

 provide payment may result in the cancellation of your registration.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, a substitute ie allowed under condition that you have  confirmation in writing from the organizer..

3. Workshop Schedule: Our workshop schedule is subject to change without prior notice. We will 

make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes in schedule or cancellation of the 

workshop.

4. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the workshop. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other participants may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

5. Liability: Participants understand and acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks and that accidents and incidents may occur despite our best efforts to provide a safe environment. Participants are solely responsible for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during the workshop or as a result of implementing the training techniques taught.

6. Intellectual Property: All workshop materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and training techniques, are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any workshop materials for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from our organization.

7. Photography and Video: Participants understand and consent to the use of their photographs and videos taken during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please notify our staff in advance.

8. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during the workshop. Our organization and its staff are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

9.  Lodging and meals are not included in the workshop fee.  Catering available on request.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
